Travel is a mind-opening pleasure for some people and a necessary evil for others, but I think we can all agree that it really throws off your yoga schedule. However, a few hotels and even airports have stepped up to try to make it easier for us to do our sun salutations on the road. Let's take a look at few strategies for doing yoga when traveling.

 

Check in to a Yoga-Friendly Hotel

Five hotels (some are chains with multiple locations) that have yoga perks available to guests. The offerings vary from in-room yoga mats and videos to group classes right in the hotel.
