It's hot here even in Seattle, so I really don't want to turn on my oven. To be honest, I don't even want to fire up my grill. Instead, I will enjoy some salads and other dishes that need no heat source. And for dessert, well, I have some healthy and delicious frozen treats to enjoy.
Low-Fat, No-Cook Recipes for Summer
When the mercury rises, the last thing you want to do is cook. the good news is you don't have to. here are some healthy and delicious meals you can enjoy without turning on a stove or a grill.

It might be easier to get our daily quota of fruit if we can enjoy it in frozen form. here are some yummy recipes for sorbets and popsicles to encourage kids of all ages to enjoy some seasonal fruit.
