Everyone who practices it seems to love yoga. "I feel so nice and limber afterwards!" "It's meditative; it helps me calm down and destress." "My posture has really improved." And all those things are great. Not only that, but better balance and lower anxiety have been shown to improve longevity and quality of life. But let's get real, here: yoga isn't known to burn a ton of calories. Is it good for weight loss or not?
