For those of us living in the U.S., it's hard to imagine smoking in theaters, on airplanes and even in hospitals, but that is how it used to be before the first Surgeon General's report on smoking. The tobacco control that has followed over the last 50 years has changed our awareness and saved upwards of 8 million lives.  See this week's top spotlight.
