Our in-depth look at the sun salutation sequence continues with ardha uttanasana. And here's the thing about this pose: your hands do not have to be on the floor. Use block under your hands or bring them to your shins if that allows you to draw your shoulders back and get a nice straight spine. When you do this pose correctly, it feels really amazing.
