Hi Quit,
Today I'm going to actually show you
a method which when implemented will produce
amazing results as far as quitting is
concerned. Yesterday we talked about how to
"outgrow" the need to smoke, right?
So, instead of explaining you more of just
  theory, let's get started immediately.
I'm going to ask you to perform a simple
exercise that you can do right now.
As you are reading this email, I'll assume
that you are sitting on a chair staring at
the computer screen with your one hand on
  the mouse.
what I want you to do is, feel the touch
of your body at various parts with the
  surrounding objects.
For example
  1) Your palm touching the mouse
  2) Thighs touching the chair top
  3) Clothes touching your body at various places
  4) Your hand resting on chair
  5) If you wear spectacles, feel the side of your
  forehead touching them.
Feel the touch wherever you can.
To simplify, you can take just one area (for
example, palm touching the mouse) and just
  feel that.
Experience the touch with full depth, without
analyzing or coming out with any meaning for
  this.
If your mind starts thinking, what's this
really about, then keep it aside for awhile.
You can even watch your breath as you do this.
Feel the air going in and out of your nostrils
  slowly.
As you watch your breath, it's pace will slow
down. If you keep at it then you'll observe your
  breathing getting extremely slower.
This exercise is called "building your awareness".
What we are trying to do is remain in the
  present moment "here and now".
The more you do this, the more "aware" you'll
become. The more "aware" you'll become, you'll
  "outgrow" the need to smoke.
You can perform this "feel the touch" exercise
anytime you want. Here are some occasions just for
  an example
  1) While driving feel the touch of your hands
  with the steering wheel.
  2) While taking bath feel water touch your body.
  3) While in the elevator, feel the wall so the
  elevator on your back
  4) While going to sleep, feel the bed sheet touching
  your feet.
You don't even need to allot extra time to do this
everyday. Simple actions can be converted into
awareness. As I mentioned above, the more you do
this the faster you'll move towards "quitting".
Yes, we are doing this to quit. Many of you won't
believe that such a simple action will help you
  quit smoking.
But believe me, it works and works like magic.
Now here is what you can do to speed up the process.
Remember I told you in the first email, that you
don't have to force yourself with "quit dates" or
even don't have to put down cigarettes.
The next time you smoke, feel the touch of your
cigarette between your fingers. Instead of focusing
on something else, "stay alert" and just feel the
touch of your cigarette with your fingers.
Focus your attention on the portion where the
  cigarette touches your fingers.
Do this simple change every time you smoke from
now on. I told you, you don't have to put
down your cigarettes to make this work!

I guarantee, if you make this small change it will
change things for you in a big way.
This email, is getting too longer, so I'll stop now.
Tomorrow I'll share with you an amazing resource which
will show you super fast way to quit smoking almost
effortlessly! It's a unique twist to the "feel the
  touch" exercise mentioned above.
More that 98% people who used it were smoke free!
Stay tuned for my email tomorrow.
Till then bye and take care
Shrinivas......
