Quit, The Effortless Quit Smoking Method [Part 1]

Hi Quit,

Yesterday I had promised you that today I'll
be sending you a powerful technique that I use
almost everyday to elevate my life to a higher
level.

Before I tell you what exactly the method is, here
are some amazing things about this method.

* You don't need to allot a separate time in your
busy daily routine to do this.

* You don't need to spend money to do this.

* You don't have to be super intelligent to
make this work.

* No matter how bad your addiction is right now,
this will work.

* You can perform this, any time of the day.

* You can do this while you are driving, reading,
eating, in a traffic jam, walking, watching TV,
in the toilet, while taking a bath etc.

In the previous email I mentioned that I found this
methods accidentally.

Yes, that's true....

This thing popped up in my mind while riding my
scooter back home and then everyday I started to
apply this.

As the time passed I started getting some
powerful results. The method, which looked
so easy from the surface was giving me
amazing results. The more I used it the more
free I was getting of my internal stress
and the quality of my life went on improving.

So first here is something you must digest. Once
The foundation is clear it will be easier for you to
Apply the method.

A common mistake most people do while trying
to quit smoking is that they try to tackle the
whole issue with their "will power".

I'm not saying that "will power" will not work
in this case, but it's a lot harder if you try to
use it.

I'm sure you have seen people setting
"quit dates" and how hard it becomes to maintain
them. Once you set a quit date, your daily
routine becomes a constant struggle to
maintain it and the person loses all the
freedom in life to enjoy every moment of it.

The truth is, your mind has convinced you that
you need a cigarette to define your identity
and unless you smoke everyday you'll lose it.

That's why you spend years and years without
knowing that the unless the inner craving has
gone, you can't quit no matter how much you try.

What you really need is a system that will
enable you to "outgrow the need" to smoke.
Instead of standing in front of your mighty mind
and forcing yourself against it, we will simply
bypass the need to smoke.

Using the technique I'm going to share with you,
you'll never crave for cigarettes no matter
what your outer situation is.

Let me give you an example...

When you were a kid you learned to ride a bicycle.
Then in your teenage years you wanted a bike (motorcycle)

Suddenly the bicycle seemed "not right" for you as
the joy of riding a motorcycle was bigger than just
the bicycle.

Now this happened because you were "outgrown" the need
to ride a bicycle. It was not because bicycles are bad,
but you didn't need them anymore.

This is how we are going to tackle quitting.

With the methods I show you, you'll outgrow the need
to smoke. You’ll reach a point where smoking will just
not be required. Right now you are smoking because your
mind has tricked you and convinced you that you
need a cigarette to maintain your identity in the
society.

"increase my presence" and why it's the
effortless way to get rid of many seemingly
difficult problems in your life.
