When It's Too Hot to Cook
I guess we're a little wimpy in the Pacific Northwest because we tend to flip out when the temperature hits 80. To be fair, most of us don't have air conditioning, so when the mercury rises, we turn to good old-fashioned fans to cool ourselves. And the last thing we want to do is turn on the heat in the kitchen. Fortunately, we don't have to.
