Happy Summer! This week, I have some healthier sweet treats for your summer picnics and cookouts. Before I get into those, you may have heard that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is requiring food companies to phase out trans fats in their products by 2018. I give you the lowdown here, and how you can be trans-fat-free before that deadline.
