If you are a football fan than you probably love the fall - tis the season that kicks off the games, parties, tailgates and hopefully celebrations. But, if you have diabetes, prediabetes or simply trying to get healthy, you might have some angst too. Typically associated with high calorie foods and drinks, football food isn't always the healthiest fare. Prevent seasonal weight gain and avoid stress by taking advantage of the fall weather and getting in a good workout. Learn how to make good choices during football festivities.
