How Many of These Super Foods Are You Eating?
It's true: some of the healthiest foods we should eat do contain fat. But there's the thing. Not all fats are created equal, and some are necessary for our bodies to function well; and certain vitamins cannot be absorbed properly without fat. So know that by eating foods like avocado, salmon, and occasionally walnuts, you are nourishing your body. You can't say the same about eating a pack of fat-free cookies.
