Get Ready for a Low Fat Summer
We don't grill year round here in the Pacific Northwest. I'm sure some PNW natives do, unfazed by nine months of rain (to be fair, we've had a drier than usual winter and spring), but I am a fair-weather griller. And so I have wheeled out my little charcoal grill, peeked under the cover for any hibernating spiders, and cleaned it, ready for Memorial Day and beyond.
