After Quitting

From Terry Martin, your Guide to Smoking Cessation

We all go through recovery from nicotine addiction at our own pace and in our own way.  Some sail through with barely a look back, and others go through the entire first year (and sometimes beyond) struggling with the process of letting go.  Sticking with it eventually does bring release though, as our highlight story illustrates. Congratulations on 18 months and a new sense of peace, Jenn.

Have a great week all.  Breathe deep and be grateful.
