It's Valentine's Day week - time to remember those you love and celebrate with them. If your're feeling blue because you can't stop thinking about all the sweets and chocolate you can't eat, try to refocus that energy. Valentine's day can be special without overindulging in sweets - think outside the chocolate box - go to a concert, watch a movie or take a fitness class with someone you love. Don't let your diabetes spoil your fun - diabetes doesn't control you - you control it.
