Craving Cigarettes 3 Months After Quitting

 Smoking cessation is a process of gradual release, not an event.  In other words, you have to give yourself the time it takes for you to rid yourself of the associations in your daily life that trigger smoking urges.  

They won't last forever.  Be patient and think of time as a quit buddy.
