Quit Aids are Not Cheating!

There is nothing wrong with using a quit aid once you've decided to stop smoking. Sometime folks feel like they're cheating, but cold turkey isn't for everyone.  Quit aids can help you become an ex-smoker a little more comfortably, and remember, they're used for a finite period of time.   

Research the various products available,  have a discussion with your doctor about which one might work best for you, and then dive in.
