Why Not Go Meatless for a Change?
Is chicken getting a bit old? Don't fancy fish? Well, try going meatless for a few days. In case you think I'm consigning you to skimpy salads or bowls of mac and cheese, I'm truly not. I have some very tasty options for some meatless meals.

Bean burritos are a perfect example of a meatless meal where you truly won't miss the meat. They're high in fiber and protein and low in fat; they manage to be hearty, healthy, and very yummy.
