SUP Yoga Off the Water

Stand Up Padde Board Yoga is another way to combine yoga and the great outdoors. Until recently, SUP was a pretty seasonal thing, but now some studios are starting to offer indoor SUP Yoga with the help of special balance boards. Check your local studios.

Do You Like the Studio or the Gym?

When you're not doing yoga outside, do you prefer a yoga studio or a gym environment? There are pros and cons to both. My current routine includes classes at two different studios and my local YMCA.

For me, the setting is less important than the teachers. Here's some help finding the best yoga teachers. And remember to keep trying if you don't like the first teacher you meet.
