From Terry Martin, your Guide to Smoking Cessation

Every year on the third Thursday of November in the U.S., the Great American Smokeout challenges smokers to put their cigarettes down for the day.  Thousands across the country do, and many continue on, making that day the first of many that lead to long-term smoking cessation.

If you're ready to join others who are going to quit this year on Thursday, November 20th, use the resources below to help you get started, and make sure to stop in and browse the pages of our active support forum also.

Stop dreaming about cessation and make it happen.  You can do it.

 Have a great week, all.
