Nicotine Withdrawal 101

If nicotine withdrawal were not an issue, a lot more smokers would become ex-smokers on their first quit attempt.  It's an intense and consuming phase of smoking cessation for most people. That said, it is also temporary.  The more you understand about it, the better you'll be able to manage the symptoms.  Use this week's newsletter to help you do that.
